I don&#039;t see the harm in changing to Lucentis, especially if it seems as though you aren&#039;t gaining any ground.  I&#039;d probably recommend the same if you were my patient.  The only way to tell if you may get better is via  fluorescein angiogram and/or OCT looking for retinal edema.
